At Loose Ends Handyman Services, we recently completed an extensive project in a rental townhome. Being a handyman in Orlando, I have a long-term working relationship with the landlord, who is a realtor and owns multiple properties in the area. The task involved a full refresh of the property, requiring a comprehensive execution of various services. Key duties included the installation of tile flooring in the bathroom and LVT throughout the common areas and bedrooms, the installation of baseboards, and painting of interior spaces. Moreover, one of our main tasks was to also install Mincey marble shower surround panels. All in all, it was a great opportunity to put my skills to good use for a rejuvenated final result.
